Our Friends

The Diana Cooper School of White Light, formerly the Diana Cooper Foundation, is a vibrant organization, established by Diana Cooper in 2002, whose members and teachers are from around the globe.

The students and course participants come from many backgrounds and disciplines and as a School we honour these different skills and talents, encouraging our teachers to take this work and deliver it in their own unique way: through workshops, talks, training programmes or by incorporating the teachings into their own healing work.

The School maintains a broad range of activities including:

• Developing and running the teacher training courses
• To promote workshops and events given by its teachers
• Selection and development of our master teachers
• Organising the School’s Annual Reunion
• Maintaining the School website and the Members section within it.
• Planning and promoting Angel Awareness Day
• Providing a regular newsletter
• Marketing/advertising our work

I’m Rachel Goodwin, a Channel and Healer who Loves to Teach and Empower Others.

I’m passionate about how we can bring the spiritual into our everyday life and I have learnt that to constantly mix the two together creates a soulful life! I have loads of free channeled info on YouTube and Ascension teachings on Patreon.

My spiritual helpers are diverse, from Ascended Master Sarah, daughter of the Magdalene, to Freja, a norse goddess, to spirits of stones, and to Pele, the Hawaiian goddess of the volcano and lava flow (and many more in between.) They are the spirits that have come and talked to me, sometimes with words, sometimes more directly and I have listened, moved by their incredible energies.

My work with Sarah includes sharing her teachings and practices and helping others understand why she is calling them. My work with Sarah is also to ground and birth her light on the earth, an evolutionary process which is happening right now.
